Genesis - 2006

Genesis is a work for 12 performers and a conductor. Written for the Oakland-based all-female large ensemble Womantis, the piece explores the creation of a new universe by the interaction of the 11 dimensions of an existing one.

The Flip Quartet - 2006

The Flip Quartet is a work for four improvisers. In it, the performers explore the four cardinal directions (north/east/south/west) and the four medieval elements (earth/air/fire/water) using objects, instruments, and text. The Flip Quartet's premiere performance took place on Nov. 2nd, 2006 at the Luggage Store Gallery in San Francisco. It will be performed again on May 16, 2007 at 21 Grand in Oakland

Remove Before Flight - 2005

Remove Before Flight is a quartet for two C flutes, alto flute, and bass flute. It was commissioned by the Hiller Aviation Museum in San Carlos, California and premiered in October 2005.

RBF has been selected for one of the official flute choir reading sessions on August 10th, 2007 at the National Flute Association's 35th Annual Convention in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
